How to Reset Your Trading Platform Password

Step 1: Navigate to Trading Accounts

  1. Go to the TabTrade Secure Portal at:

    👉 https://secure.tabtrade.com/trading-account

  2. Log in to your account and select Trading Accounts from the portal menu.

Step 2: Open Account Settings & Select Change Password

In the Trading Accounts section, locate your specific trading account card. Click the settings (gear) icon in the top right corner of the card and select Change Password.

Step 3: Set New Password

Enter your new password in the New Password field and re-enter it in the Repeat New Password. Click Update to save your changes.

Step 4: Connect to Trading Platform

Once your password has been reset, open your trading platform.

  1. Click Login to Trade Account (or select Connect to account).

  2. Enter your Login ID.

  3. Type or paste your new password. (Ensure there are no extra leading or trailing spaces if copying and pasting).

  4. Select Server: TabTrade-Live .

  5. Click Connect to account.
